PACKAGE DELIVERY
Orders received by our online store are delivered within Hungary by EXPRESS ONE and MPL couriers. For international orders, different courier services deliver depending on the country— UPS, DPD and Fan Courier couriers—as detailed in the table below. Delivery to parcel points is also carried out by MPL, FOXPOST and GLS . Packages are delivered on business days between 08:00 and 17:00. As the delivery address, it is advisable to provide an address where the courier can be received continuously during the indicated time period and where payment of the cash-on-delivery fee can be made to the courier. After the order is placed, the shipping company coordinates with the customer regarding the expected delivery time. The courier service attempts delivery twice; we may charge the customer for the shipping costs of packages that are not accepted!

Orders requested for delivery to a parcel point:
GLS: 2–14 business days (1,200 HUF.)
MPL: 2–14 business days (1,200 HUF.)
FOXPOST: 2–14 business days (1,200 HUF.)

HOME DELIVERY, CASH ON DELIVERY
If you selected cash on delivery, you must pay for the ordered product(s) to the courier upon receipt of the parcel. The total amount payable includes all costs, as shown in the order summary and confirmation email. The invoice is included in the parcel. Please inspect the parcel in the courier’s presence upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the products, request that an incident report be made and refuse to accept the parcel. We cannot accept subsequent complaints without an incident report!
Please order the desired products with cash on delivery only if you are able to pay the amount due to the courier upon receipt of the parcel.

Domestic shipping to a parcel point: HUF 1,200

Free shipping: for orders over HUF 80,000
Parcels within Hungary are delivered by EXPRESS ONE courier service. International shipping fees and providers may vary by country and shipping zone. After you enter the delivery address, the system will automatically display the applicable fees for the given country.
NOTICE REGARDING PARCEL COLLECTION
For unclaimed and returned parcels, the shipping and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. We can resend the parcel only after the full value of the parcel has been paid in advance.
