A mid-calf length, form-fitting dress with puffed sleeves. The neck is arched and trimmed with a narrow black strap. The bottom of the sleeves is decorated with two wide, gathered ruffles. A narrow SUGARBIRD label is sewn onto the left sleeve ruffle.

The material is elastic, 82% polyester 18% elastane. It is made in sizes XS-XL.
