A lined dress with long puff sleeves, above the knee length. The neck is rounded off with a turn-down collar and the front closes with snaps in the middle. The flared skirt and shoulders are gathered, and the bottom of the sleeves are elasticated. The dress also has a separate elastic belt that closes with a metal belt buckle.
